"Sivananda's Guide to Beginner's Yoga."

I devoured this book. Could NOT get enough...

Bliss Breath

Let's start with a guided meditation following by a variety of breathing techniques. You deserve to learn about the breath & the benefits. The goal of pranayama is to strengthen the connection between your body and mind. According to research, pranayama can promote relaxation and mindfulness. It's also proven to support multiple aspects of physical health, including lung function, blood pressure, and brain function....and even Creativity!!!

It involves a series of deep breathing exercises and other techniques that aim to control inhalations and exhalations, and sometimes include breath retention

We will be controlling inhalations & exhalations including breath retention.

Let's Breathe together! You'll not only feel good during the class but also after with long-standing results.

 

It has been said that I listen. I have achieved a level of education and experience that permits and enables me to help those in need. As an Art Teacher since 2008 & a Yoga Teacher/Therapist since 1994, I have acquired invaluable skills to help others.

The 32-year journey has led me to understand the abilities one must have to help those in need of the mind/body connection through meditation, breathwork & movement.

As a Therapeutic Art Facilitator, achieving a sense of Oneness is optimal through invaluable skills that engage individual to find their best selves. I facilitate that process.
